2020 Assault Accusation
In January 2020, Randall was accused by an officer that he was training of hitting him in the face when he disregarded an instruction.[3][1]
Response Timeline
The officer reached a settlement and withdrew the complaint.[1]
2020 Sexual Harassment
In 2020, a county employee complained to the Ashland County Sheriff that Randall had sent her multiple email requests for nude pictures.[1]
On February 19, 2020, the Sheriff reported the allegation to the Ashland Police Department.[1]
Response Timeline
Randall was suspended as part of a new investigation.[1]
