Body-worn camera footage

On September 25, 2019, Lewis was arrested by the Cleveland Ohio Police Department on felony drug charges.[1]

On January 15, 2020, a federal warrant was filed.

On January 22, 2020, Lewis believed that the state charges against him had been dropped and was told to visit the police station to pickup his belongings. Instead, Lewis was arrested by several officers - including Detective Donald Kopchak - on a federal warrant. After being handcuffed, Lewis asked to see warrant. Kopchak (literally) rubbed it in his face.[2]

Kopchak was suspended for one day.[3]
