2022 DUI Arrest
On August 20, 2022, investigators with the city's anti-corruption unit were watching Marcano as part of an internal affairs investigation. Marcano was observed driving his marked police vehicle to a restaurant. He was seen drinking beer and later staggering and swaying. When Marcano attempted to leave the restaurant, Detectives contacted him and found that his eyes were bloodshot and red, and there was a strong smell of alcohol. During a search, detectives found two small bags of cocaine.[3][2]
