2022 Public Intoxication
On March 4, 2022, Cagle was off-duty when he got into a fight outside of a bar.[1]
Cagle repeatedly pushed a responding officer.[3]
An officer noted that Cagle had "unsteady balance, slurred speech and breath smelling of alcohol".[1]
