2022 Deprivation of Property

On March 12, 2022, Plum was off-duty and stole jackets from someone else at bar. When confronted, Plum denied the theft, and denied which car was his in the parking lot.[1]

Response Timeline

Plum was charged with misdemeanor criminal deprivation of property.[1]

On May 31, 2023, Plum entered a diversion program.[2]

On August 16, 2023, the Kansas Commission on Peace Officers' Standards and Training (POST) revoked Plum's certification for criminal conduct and a lack of good moral character.[1]
