Between April 23, 2022 and June 20, 2023, Beharry possessed child pornography.[4]

Between August 31, 2022 and September 3, 2022, Beharry arranged to take sexually explicit photos of a 9-year old.[4][3]

In October 2022, Beharry arranged for sexually explicit material of a 1-year-old girl.[3]

Response Timeline

Beharry was suspended without pay.[3]

On January 25, 2024, Beharry was arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of a child and possession of child pornography.[3] Beharry faces 15-30 years in prison for sexual exploitation and up to 20 years in prison for possession of child pornography.[4] ‎
