2024 DUI
On February 18, 2024, Pinellas County Florida Sheriff's Office deputies observed Hernandez Castillo driving over a raised center median. Deputies stopped Hernandez Castillo, who they found had a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot and glassy eyes, and poor balance.[2]
Hernandez Castillo refused to perform field sobriety tests or provide a breath sample.[2]
