2019 Death of Ronald Greene
Response Timeline
On May 6, 2020, Greene's family filed a lawsuit against Harpin and other officers.[1]
On December 15, 2022, Harpin was charged with three counts of malfeasance in office.[2] The maximum penalty for each count of malfeasance in office is five years in prison.[3]
Harpin was placed on administrative leave.[2]
