2021 Harassment

In 2021, a woman that Walker had dated accused him of harassment.[1]

Response Timeline

Walker's supervisors in the department asked him to stop contacting the woman.[1]

On January 13, 2021, Walker claimed the woman had threatened to hurt him if they broke up, and he filed a police report against her.[1]

On March 22, 2021, the woman was granted a temporary restraining order against Walker.[1]

On July 20, 2022, the case was dismissed after the parties "reached a private resolution".[1]

2023 Domestic Violence

On February 24, 2023, officers were dispatched to a reported domestic violence incident. An investigation led to Walker, who was off-duty.[2][3]

On February 24, 2023, Walker was arrested on domestic violence-related charges.[2]

On March 6, 2023, the District Attorney announced that they would not be filing charges against Walker, as they could not prove the charges "beyond a reasonable doubt".[1]
