2022 Computer Theft
On February 23, 2022, Todd called in over his radio to obtain information from police databases about an individual and then provided that information to someone outside of law enforcement.[1]

Todd pleaded guilty to third-degree Computer Theft and was sentenced to probation, a fine, and a ban on serving in public employment.[1]
