2023 Sexual Battery
On October 15, 2023, Paloma stopped a woman for jaywalking. Paloma offered to drop the charges in exchange for sexual acts. Paloma drove around the area for 30 minutes and engaged in sexual acts with the woman.[4]

On October 17, 2023, Paloma was arrested for sexual battery and false imprisonment.[4]
On October 19, 2023, Paloma was fired.[2]
On June 14, 2024, a jury acquitted Paloma.[5]
