2021 Domestic Violence
On January 5, 2021, Davis had been drinking and became upset with his son, "B.D.". Davis grabbed B.D. and smacked him on both sides of his face with an open hand. B.D. had visible marks on his face from the incident.[1]

On August 18, 2021, Davis grabbed his wife, "A.D", by the throat and held her down on the couch. Davis' son, "B.D.", was sleeping in the room and was awoken and could see the incident. Davis released A.D., but returned twice to cover her mouth and grab her.[1]

On July 8, 2022, Davis was arrested by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and charged with aggravated endangering a child and two counts of domestic battery.[3][4]
