Incident Reports
2021 Shooting of Devin Ned
On August 26, 2021, officers were called about a suspicious person and found Ned, who matched the description. Ned drove away as officers approached. Officers pursued Ned, who later stopped and refused to get out of his car before driving away again, striking Visciotti. Visciotti shot, injuring Ned.[5][2]
Ned was charged with attempted first-degree murder, domestic abuse battery, and aggravated flight from an officer.[5]

Visciotti was placed on paid administrative leave.[5]
In February 2022, an investigation determined that Visciotti had not committed any violations.[6][2]
