2024 Domestic Violence
On April 6, 2024, police responded to a domestic violence report. The woman played a recording of a phone call with Herren threatening to kill her and another man.[2]

On August 26, 2024, Herren pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The domestic violence charge was dismissed. Herren was sentenced to time served.[4]
