2021 DWI
On December 5, 2021, Aburto was off duty when he fell asleep behind the wheel of his car while at an intersection. Responding officers found an open beer can, and Aburto showed signs of intoxication. Aburto was given a field sobriety test and two breathalyzer tests that recorded at .138 and .144, nearly twice the legal limit.[1]
