2022 Policy Violations
It was alleged that Klesyk accessed a national database for his personal use, which would carry felony charges.[4]
Response Timeline
On March 3, 2022, Klesyk was found in violation of several department policies, was suspended with pay until he completes "State of Connecticut mandated training", and lost five holidays.[4]
On March 17, 2022, Klesyk was reinstated to full duty status after fulfilling his state-mandated requirement.[3]
