2017 Rutherford County Crime Stoppers La Vergne Officer of the Year

On September 18, 2017, the Rutherford County Crime Stoppers organization named Holladay as Officer of the Year from the La Vergne Police Department. The award honors an officer who superiors felt went above and beyond in their pursuit of public service.[3] Holladay had been nominated by the Chief of Police.[1]

2021 Policy Violation

On February 17, 2021, Holladay was seen smoking in his patrol car.[1]

Response Timeline

On February 21, 2021, Holladay was counseled and given a Warning for Negligence for subjecting his K-9 partner to secondhand smoke. Holladay received a warning that punishment for additional violations could range from removal from the K-9 unit to termination.[1]

2022 Sex Scandal

Response Timeline

On December 29, 2022, Holladay was suspended for 80 hours for violation of policies regarding having an unreported sexual relationship and sexual harassment.[2]
