Legislative Activity

In early 2022, the Minnesota Board of Police Officer Standards and Training (POST) approved new rules that would allow the board to revoke the license of an officer who violates its conduct guidelines, regardless of whether the officer was charged or convicted of a crime. The rules must be approved by the governor.[1]
