2020 Assault
Rozell was off-duty and driving with a woman in his car when she tried to leave. Rozell handcuffed the woman and refused to release her until they arrived at her home. After Rozell removed the handcuffs, the woman slapped him twice, and Rozell responded by pushing her down into a bush and restricting her ability to breathe.[2]

2022 Disorderly Conduct
On July 23, 2022, Rozell got into a "heated argument" with another man before retrieving a rifle from his car and "displaying the rifle" to the other man. A witness called the police.[1]
