2023 DUI
On December 1, 2023, Wiser was on duty when he rear-ended another vehicle.[1]
Responding officers from the Clay County Florida Sheriff's Office noted signs of impairment, including a distinct odor of alcohol. A supervisor called the Florida Highway Patrol to investigate. An open container was found in the vehicle. Wiser failed sobriety tests.[2]
