2019 Arrest of Howard Scholl
Singh was the acting patrol supervisor. Singh told a dispatcher that the incident could be handled, but failed to assign anyone to the call in a timely fashion.[3]
Response Timeline
Singh was suspended for two days without pay for violating department regulations as "the call was not investigated properly and poor decisions were made throughout the call's duration".[3]
