In October 2020, Grady, who served as the president of a youth organization, took money from the organization and spent the money on a police K9.[2]
Response Timeline
On September 13, 2023, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) opened an investigation.[2]
On December 13, 2023, a county grand jury indicted Grady on charges of theft and money laundering.[2]
