2022 Policy Violations
In 2022, Hill was off-duty and got into an argument with his neighbor about their dogs. Hill used racial slurs and made sexist comments toward his neighbor.[1]
The incident was audio recorded.[1]
Response Timeline
The Chinese Information and Service Center filed a bias complaint with the Office of Police Accountability (OPA).[1]
In September 2023, Hill was placed on administrative leave.[1]
The OPA determined that Hill engaged in bias-based policing and was unprofessional.[1]
On May 2, 2024, Hill was fired for violating department policy.[1]
