2025 Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
Blum received several videos and images of a 17-year-old girl engaging in sexually explicit conduct.[3]
On July 14 2025, the agency received a tip about the relationship.[1]
Around July 20, 2025, Blum travelled to Georgia to meet with the victim. Blum recorded multiple videos of herself engaging in sex acts with the victim.[4][3]
Blum threatened to kill the victim if she ended the relationship, with messages including "Leave me and see what hapoens [sic]", "WE ARE NEVER DONE!!!!", and that she would "drive my favorite knife [through] your throat".[1][4]
Response Timeline
Blum was charged with receipt of visual depictions involving the sexual exploitation of minors and production of visual depictions involving the sexual exploitation of minors. Blum faces 20-50 years in prison if convicted on both charges.[3]
On July 23, 2025, Blum was arrested.[3]
