Response Timeline

On March 16, 2023, Bresnahan was charged with felonies of conspiracy, stalking, and participating in criminal street gang activity; and misdemeanors of obtaining criminal history record information under false pretense, misusing 911, and stalking.[1]

In October 2023, Bresnahan was also charged with felony judicial tampering and misdemeanor stalking.[2]
