2023 DUI
On February 4, 2023, state police responded to reports of a vehicle crash and discovered that Cook's eyes were glossy, his speech was slurred, his clothing and breath smelled of alcohol, and he had sideswiped another vehicle.[1]
Cook refused to take a Breathalyzer test.[1]
