2022 Vehicle Collision
On August 12, 2022, Pratt was responding to a call about a large fight. Pratt was driving with his lights and siren activated at speeds of 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. Pratt entered an intersection on a red light and struck another car, injuring the two passengers.
The Boulder County District Attorney's Office and Colorado State Police (CSP) investigated the crash.
On February 13, 2023, Pratt was charged by the CSP with two counts of felony vehicular assault.
Pratt was placed on unpaid administrative leave.
Pratt pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 90 days probation, 40 hours of community service, and a fine.
