2024 Rape
Waltman, a School Resource Officer, texted a student and invited him to his house. Waltman gave the student alcohol, tried to massage him, tried to shower with him, and sexually assaulted him.[1]

Waltman was charged with first degree rape and giving alcohol to a person under the age of 21 years old.[1]
On March 11, 2024, Waltman was fired.[1]
In February 2025, a second victim came forward, accusing Waltman of assaulting him when he was a minor. Waltman was charged with forcible sodomy, indecent exposure, and giving alcohol to a minor.[2]
On September 25, 2025, Waltman pleaded guilty to one count of rape by instrumentation, two counts of indecent exposure, two counts of forcible sodomy, and three counts of giving alcohol to minors.[3]
On October 21, 2025, Waltman was sentenced to two years in prison.[4]
