2015 Distinguished Service Cross
On April 19, 2015, Olive and other officers were awarded the Distinguished Service Cross after chasing a stolen vehicle whose occupants had pointed weapons at middle school students, shot at a teenager, shot at the officer who first tried to stop them, and engaged in a gun battle after the chase.[3]
