2023 Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
In October 2023, while investigating Edwards for another allegation, evidence showed Edwards had sexually exploited minor children on a video chat site.[3] The victims ranged in age from 7 to 17. Edwards destroyed digital evidence.[1]

On December 5, 2023, Edwards was charged with 10 counts of felony first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of felony obstruction of justice.[1]
On November 17, 2025, Edwards was sentenced to 23 years in prison.[3]
