2022 Falsifying Records
Between September 2021 and February 2022, Bohn used a police database to search for information about a woman he met online and her family. Bohn tampered with police records to hide his activities.[2]
Response Timeline
In June 2022, Bohn pleaded guilty to falsifying or tampering with police records. Police misconduct laws in New Jersey required that Bohn's employment be terminated and that he be permanently barred from public employment in the state.[2][4]
On August 19, 2022, Bohn was sentenced to a year of probation.[2]
