2021 Harassment

Moore was charged with family violence offenses of second-degree harassment and third-degree criminal mischief, and two counts of third-degree computer crimes, which is a class D felony. The warrants in the case are sealed, so no other details about the case are available.[4]
On January 26, 2023, the city's Board of Police Commissioners fired Moore.[2][5]
On February 14, 2024, the state's Police Officer Standards and Training (POST) Council decertified Moore for misconduct.[6]
