Incident Reports
2024 Arrest of Unnamed Man
On April 2, 2024, officers approached an unnamed man, who was sitting in a running vehicle. After ignoring orders to turn off the vehicle, the man drove off before crashing into a wooded area. A K9 located the man and grabbed his arm. Walker punched the man more than 10 times and kicked him in the head as he was being handcuffed.[1][7]
The incident was captured on officers' body-worn cameras.

The agency opened an investigation after a routine review of body-worn camera video from use-of-force incidents.[7]
On June 1, 2024, Walker was charged with making a false statement and misdemeanor battery.[1]
