2023 DUI
On March 15, 2023, Rogers was stopped for failing to stop at a red light. Officers detected an odor of alcohol and observed that Rogers had slurred speech and watery and glossy eyes. Rogers performed poorly on a field sobriety test and refused to provide a breath sample.[2]
