2021 Vehicle Pursuit
On December 13, 2021, Bremigen attempted to stop a driver for going 89 mph in a 40 mph zone. The driver refused to stop. During the chase, Bremigen lost control of his police cruiser, which hit a fence and rolled onto its side. The suspect was not apprehended.[1][3]

On December 21, 2021, the Borough Council voted to dismiss Bremigen.[1]
