Between 2018 and April 2022, Ryan and another man stole $31,734.39 in merchandise from home improvement and other stores.[3]

On October 7, 2022, Miller pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree grand larceny and one count of first-degree scheme to defraud, both felonies. Miller faces up to four years in jail.[3]
