2022 Mental Health Comments
In February 2022, Maher made remarks about another officer's mental health on their first day back from mental health leave.[1]

The agency found Maher to be untruthful and that Maher had made other comments to the officer.[1]
On December 6, 2023, Maher resigned.[1]
