2021 Traffic Stop
On October 3, 2021, Elyria Ohio Police Department Officer Tristan Homan and East Cleveland officers Ian McInnes and Holmes attempted to pull over a 16-year-old driver. The driver fled before stopping and surrendering. McInnes kicked the driver in the groin.[2]
