Incident Reports
2023 Arrest of Adam Martin
On September 29, 2023, a deputy attempted to stop a vehicle that was wanted from multiple prior pursuits and whose license plates did not match the vehicle. Martin failed to stop. Officers used a tire deflation device, after which Martin crashed and ran from the scene. Mikolay pursued Martin, who police claim "turned on the deputy in a fighting stance". A physical altercation occurred.[4][2]
Martin was hospitalized.[2]

Mikolay was placed on paid administrative leave.[2]
On November 22, 2023, Mikolay was charged with felony malicious wounding and misdemeanor assault and battery.[2]
